Our Black Gold Guatemalan Coffee was born in 2011 allowing to create a differentiated specialty coffee, giving a result of 4 region blend that combine, aroma, acidity, body and balance in a cup of coffee that satisfies demanding palates. Our brand name "Coffee Blue" was inspired by the beautiful skies and mountains of Guatemala, where some of the best coffees of the world are grown. Guatemala produces excellent coffees, its quality comes from its origin due to the quality of micro climates, altitudes, mineral-rich soils and abundant water sources.
